昆丹颗粒对代谢综合征模型大鼠血糖、血脂的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察昆丹颗粒对代谢综合征(MS)模型大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组和造模组,空白对照组灌胃蒸馏水,造模组灌胃高脂高糖高盐乳剂1ml/100g·d-1,连续6周;将MS造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、昆丹大剂量组、昆丹中剂量组、昆丹小剂量组、盐酸罗格列酮组;上午以高脂高糖高盐乳剂1ml/100g·d-1灌胃,下午昆丹大、中、小剂量组分别灌胃昆丹颗粒7.5g/kg·d-1、3.75g/kg·d-1和1.87g/kg·d-1,盐酸罗格列酮组灌胃1mg/kg·d-1,空白对照组灌胃蒸馏水。连续给药6周后,检测空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、血脂,计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果:昆丹颗粒大剂量能明显降低MS大鼠的空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素水平,提高胰岛素敏感指数,昆丹颗粒高、中剂量能改善脂代谢紊乱状况,降低TG、TC、LDL-C水平,升高HDL-C水平。结论:昆丹颗粒能有效防治MS的发生发展,机制可能与其提高胰岛素敏感性有关。 Objective:To observe the effects of Kundan granules on blood glucose(BG) and blood lipid in rats with metabolic syndrome. Methods:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group. Normal group was given distilled water,model group was given high-fat,high-sugar,high-sah emulsion 1 ml/100 g·d^-1 to make metabolic syndrome(MS). After 6 weeks,the MS model rats were randomly divided into model group,Kundan largedoes group,Kundan medium-does group,Kundan low-does group,rosiglitazone group. Each group was given high-fat, high-sugar,high-sah emulsions 1 ml/100g·d^-1 in the morning,in the afternoon Kundan large,medium and low dose group were given Kundan granules 7.5 g/kg·d^-1,3.75 g/kg·d^-1 and 1.87 g/kg·d^-1(separately 15 times,7.5 times and 3.75 times than that for human-being),osiglitazone group was given 1 mg/kg·d^-1(7.5 times than that for human-being), nomal group was given distilled water. The treatment last for 6 weeks to measure the changes in BG,insulin and blood lipid. Insulin sensitive index(ISI) was also calculated. Resuhs:Kundan granules could significantly reduce the BG levels and insulin of MS rats and improve insulin sensitivity;Kundan large and medium does could regulate lipid levels of MS rats,could significantly reduce TG,TC,LDL-C levels and increased HDL-C level. Conclusion: Kundan granules could prevent and treat the occurrence and development of MS effectively,the mechanism is concerned with enhance insulin sensitivity.
