摘要
目的:探讨海洛因依赖患者使用情感稳定剂后的治疗依从性。方法:对我院2001年1月-2008年3月期间6571例海洛因依赖患者分两组进行使用情感稳定剂的对比研究,主要从住院天数和病区管理方面进行回顾性分析。结果:使用情感稳定剂后平均住院天数由原来的10天(8.2±1.4)延长到了15天(11.3±3.5),病区管理也有很大提高:谈话记录由原来的5.6%下降到了2.55%。结论:使用情感稳定剂可以提高海洛因依赖患者住院治疗依从性,更好的提高病区管理质量,从而提高戒毒疗效。
Objective： To study the treatment compliance of heroin addicts after the use of emotional stabilizer. Method： We collect the 6571 heroin addicts from January 2001 to March 2008 who had or had not taken the drug of emotional stability, and to analyze the days they stayed in hospital and the ward management. Results- After using the emotional stabilizer, the average days they stayed in hospital extended from 10 to 15, and the quality of ward management was improved, the transcript had declined from 5.6 to 2.55 percent. Conclusion. The use of emotional stabilizer on heroin addicts can improve treatment compliance and the quality of ward management.
