摘要
以全氟磺酸树脂(perfluorosulfonated resin,PSR)为载体及改性剂,采用流延成膜制得4种不同TiO2浓度的TiO2/PSR复合膜。利用X射线衍射和Fourier变换红外光谱对PSR膜及PSR/TiO2复合膜的结构进行了表征。对制得的复合膜光催化降解性能以及重复光催化活性进行考察,结果发现:TiO2质量分数为15%时,复合膜光催化性能达到最高,2h紫外光照射后甲基橙降解率达到79.7%;在反复使用5次后,薄膜的光催化效率保持不变。
Titania/perfluorosulfonated resin (TiO2/PSR) hybrid films were prepared by flow casting,using PSR as carrier and modifier.The structure of the hybrid film was characterized by X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The photocatalytic properties TiO 2/PRS hybrid films were evaluated.Furthermore,the persistent photocatalytic property of one of the films selected for recycling use was investigated.The results show that the hybrid film with a mass fraction of TiO2 of 15% has superior photocatalytic properties.The degradation rate of methyl orange is 79.7% after ultraviolet irradiation for 2h.The photocatalytic property is persistent after the film is recycled for 5 times.
