摘要
为了提高某型转速表检测的快速性和准确性,提出了基于单片机技术和MAX505DAC转速表检测仪的设计方案。重点阐述了检测仪主要的硬件设计及系统软件设计,并介绍了工作过程和实现方法。实践证明:该检测仪在完成转速表检测的同时,具有较高的精度和通用性,并且价格低廉,具有广泛的应用前景。
In order to enhance the celerity and veracity of a type of tachometer, a tester is put forward by using processor AT89C51 and MAXS05 DAC. The whole structure of the tester is presented and the central hardware design and the system software design are analyzed, and the working processs and realization of the tester are introduced. The result shows that the tester can fulfill its functions. Meanwhile, it has high accuracy, and it is all-purpose for all kinds of tachometer by the experiment. It has low cost prince and wide applied perspective in many aspects.
