摘要
通过分析心理训练和赛后心理调节的重要意义与作用,提出赛后心理调节的方法和手段,对今后提高运动员心理素质,加强心理训练和赛后心理调节,克服心理障碍,创造优异成绩。
Approaches and measures about the mental adjustment after competition are put out through analyses of the great importance and effect of mental training and adjustment after competitiong which will play a certain role in improving the athletes′ mental quality, strengthening their mental training and adjustment after competition,overcoming their mental obstacles and bringing about their best perfomances in the competition.
