摘要
根据科技期刊影响因子的概念和计算公式,提出了通过提高科技期刊学术水平和影响力来提高影响因子。具体的有效措施为争取优质稿源,提高科技期刊学术水平;强化审稿功能;缩短出版周期;在保证学术质量基础上增加刊稿量;强化英文摘要;加入各种数据库,并实行OA出版模式;加强宣传、交流;提高编辑素质;提高规范化水平;优质稿件优先发表以及对被引频次高的优秀论文作者给予奖励等。
Based on the concept and equation of the impact factor of a scientific and technological periodical, the paper has put forward the viewpoint to enhance the academic level and influence of journals to increase the impact factor. The effective ways are described in detailed as follows： shooting for excellent manuscript sources, strengthening manuscript viewing, short- ening publication cycle, increasing the number of published papers, valuing the writing of English abstract, trying to be col- lected by various databases and to be published through open access, improving editors skills and editing quality, and award- ing the excellent papers, etc.
