摘要
结合《中华人民共和国合同法》的条例,针对高校图书馆与供应商签订采购合同中存在的各种风险隐患,具体分析了在合同签订中应该注意的问题要点,以及如何最大限度采取防范措施,降低不必要的合同风险,从而保证学校和图书馆自身的合法权益。
According to the regulations of the ＂Contract Law of the People s Republic of China＂,this paper has aimed at the various risk for university library and supplier signing the purchasing contract,and concretely analyses the problem that should pay attention to in signing contract,and how to adopt countermeasures to the hilt,reducing unnecessary contract risk,so that ensures the school and library self s lawful rights and interests.
