摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备GdBCO超导粉体。以Gd2O3,CuO和BaCO3为原料,柠檬酸为螯合剂,用氨水调节pH值为6~7,可以得到性能较好的蓝黑色溶胶。溶胶经过凝胶化后获得干凝胶,将干凝胶在不同的温度下进行煅烧而获得GdBCO超导原粉。XRD分析表明煅烧后的GdBCO超微粉在不同的温度下获得不同的相,其中1000℃烧结得到的是Gd-123相,同时TG-DTA分析结果也表明,1000℃为GdBCO超导粉体的最佳煅烧温度。
In this paper,the GdBCO superconducting powders were prepared by sol-gel method.The citric acid was used as chelating agent,and ammonia was used as a pH value regulator,the pH value of the solution was adjusted to 6-7,the blue black sol with good performance was obtained.The dry gel was obtained when sol was heated,and the dry gel was sintered at different temperature.XRD analysis showed that sintered GdBCO powder exhibited different phase at the different tem-perature,Gd-123 phase was obtained when sintered temperature was 1000℃, at the same time, the analysis ofTG -DTA indicated that the best sintering temperature was 1000℃.
