偶氮氯膦Ⅰ光度法测定水泥中氧化镁 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用偶氮氯膦Ⅰ作微量镁的显色剂,用EGTA-Pb取代掩蔽Ca(Ⅱ),三乙醇胺、邻菲罗啉,掩蔽Fe(Ⅲ)、Al(Ⅲ)、Ti(Ⅳ)、Mn(Ⅱ)等干扰,测定水泥生料及熟料试样中氧化镁含量。用标准加入法,测Cao/Mgo比为10~70的试样,得到较为满意的结果,最大相对误差<6%。在50毫升体积中,镁量在0~10微克范围内,遵守比尔定律。 A spectrophotometric mcthod for dctcrmination of trace Mgo in cemcnt using chlorophosphonazo—Ⅰ as a chromogcnic reagent by means of standard addition method was studied. The interference of Ca^(2+)can be eliminated by using EGTA-Pb as a displacement making agent, and Fe (Ⅲ), AI (Ⅲ), Ti (Ⅳ), Mn (Ⅱ), etc. can also be masked by triethanolamine and 1, 10-phenanthroline. Satisfactory results have been achieved for the cement samples at the CaO/MgO ratios of 10 to 70. The maximum relative error is less than 6%. Beer's law is adhered to in the range of 0 to 10μg of Mg per 50ml.
