摘要
以某基础承台大体积混凝土施工为例,根据三维热传导理论,采用有限元软件模拟了底板大体积混凝土的温度场,根据计算值与实测值对比的结果得出:在运用有限元软件分析大体积混凝土温度场分布规律时,应科学处理有限元模型的初始和边界条件,精确计算混凝土自身的热力学参数。同时,模拟分析结果表明:采用有限元软件建立合理的模型能够较准确的模拟大体积混凝土施工期内部温度场的分布规律,这将为大体积混凝土施工提供一定的指导性意见。
The paper takes the process of construction of one cushion cap as an example. According to the three - dimension thermal conductivity theory, the finite element analysis software was employed to simulate temperature field of mass concrete. Comparing the result with practical data, which indicate that it should deal with the initial finite element model and boundary conditions scientific and calculate thermodynamic parameters of concrete accurate when using the software to simulate temperature field of mass concrete. The results also illuminates that the finite element analysis software can simulate temperature field of mass concrete accurate. According to the construction technology of this project, this paper offered some advice on the construction of mass concrete.
