摘要
采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定瓜尔胶中砷和铅,对仪器工作条件和氢化物发生条件进行选择和优化。方法对砷和铅的检出限均为0.01μg/L,精密度(RSD,n=6)为5.94%-10.7%,砷平行加标回收率为96.5%,铅平行加标回收率为92.9%。
The determination of arsenic and lead in guar gum by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry is investigated.The operating conditions for HG-AFS and hydride generation are optimized by the experiments.The detection limits of the method for arsenic and lead both are 0.01μg/L and recoveries are 96.5% for As and 92.9% for Pb with RSD(n=6) of 5.94%-10.7%.
