摘要
某金矿选矿扩建时为了使工艺更合理更先进,针对矿石性质进行了浮选柱分选半工业试验研究。经过试验和方案论证,采用机柱联合浮选流程,效果比较理想,各项经济指标和生产指标都有所优化,精矿品位提高了3g/t,回收率提高了0.3%。
In order to make the process more suitable and advanced when some gold mine expanded mill production,the test-plant work of column flotation in accordance with ore properties was carried out.After the test and demonstration of scheme,combined column and flotator process was used,and good effect was gained.All kinds of economic benefits and production indexes were improved,and the concentrate grade increased 3%,and the recovery rate increased 0.3%.
