摘要
阐述了忻州市农村小型水利工程管理体制改革现状,分析了小型水利工程管理体制改革的形式、效果、改制中存在的问题,提出了改革的建议。
This paper expounds the present situation of management system reform of rural small water conservancy works in Xinzhou City,analyzes the forms and effects of and problems in the management system reform of rural small water conservancy works,and puts forward some suggestions on the reform.
