摘要
供应链库存管理与某一部门的管理有极大的不同,它涉及到各部门、各企业之间存在着的错综复杂的工序关系和不确定性。针对供应链库存中可能存在的问题,阐述了可以为改善供应链管理而采取的几项措施,以达到改善对最终客户服务的目的。
Managing Supply Chain Inventory is quite different from manopng a department of a compa-ny.It is linked to the compicated relationship and uncertainty of different departments or companies. In thispaper, the analysis of the etisting problems in Supply Chain Inventory is given and som measun are depictedwhich can be used to improve the performane of Supply Chain Management to better serve the ultimate cus-tomers.
