摘要
从政策连贯性的角度可以将江苏省区域经济发展划分为3个阶段，以研究区域经济的人均收入水平趋同与经济增长率趋同方法为基础，对2000～2008年江苏省区域经济发展的协调性做出实证分析。结果显示：“十一五”规划后江苏区域经济发展呈现一定协调性，今后的努力方向是调整产业结构、加大科技投入和扩大开放程度。
From the government policy＇s coherence, this paper reconsiders and divides the regional economic development in Jiangsu province into 3 periods, and makes an analysis of the data of the per capital income during 2000 2008 by using-convergence-convergence methods. The analysis shows that the regional economic development in Jiangsu does appear some convergence after the Eleventh-Five Year Plan, and that future direction in the development is to adjust the structure of industry, increase investment in science and technology and further opening to the outside world.
