摘要
在热力学分析的基础上,研究了碳酸锂在各种条件下的真空热分解规律。结果表明,添加氧化钙或减少系统分压均可降低碳酸锂分解温度,通过L9(43)正交实验得到碳酸锂热分解的最优条件,在该条件下分解率达到99.86%,并采用X射线衍射分析产物主要为Li2O和CaO。
Based on thermodynamics analysis, thermal decomposition of lithium carbonate were studied on different conditions. The results show that the decomposition temperature of lithium carbonate decreases when calcium oxide is added, or partial pressure of the syestem is lowered. On the best condition obtained by L9 (4^3) orthogonal test, the decomposition efficiency of lithium carbonate could reach to 99.86%, and the decomposition product investigated by X-ray diffraction mainly contained lithium oxide and calcium oxide.
