摘要
通过在线监测聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维在预氧化过程中热收缩行为,结合纤维预氧化前后性能变化,考察了时间和温度对预氧化的影响。实验结果表明:温度和时间作用不同,即温度作用不能用时间代替。温度在预氧化过程中起决定性作用,要得到较高的环化度,预氧化温度必须超过240℃。
The shrinkage was used for the in situ measurement of progressing chemical stabilization reaction. The influence of oxidative time and temperature was studied. The results indicated that the effect of temperature and time was different. In other words, the effect of temperature could not be replaced by time. The role of temperature was very cruci al. For higher degree of cyclization, the stabilization temperature should not be below 240℃.
