148例踝关节损伤的临床治疗分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨踝关节损伤患者的临床诊治疗效。方法回顾性分析了2006年1月￣2008年12月收治于我院的148例踝关节损伤患者的临床诊治资料。结果踝关节韧带部分断裂及无移位的踝骨骨折患者采用手术治疗与非手术治疗效果无显著性差异;踝关节韧带完全断裂或踝关节骨折并移位的患者采用手术治疗与非手术治疗效果显著差异,手术方法优于非手术方法。结论对踝关节损伤的治疗要根据患者损伤的实际情况来定,踝关节韧带部分断裂或无移位的单踝骨折建议使用保守治疗,余同型踝关节损伤可以采取手术治疗。
