摘要
本文主要给出了三参数Weibull分布参数的非线性最小二乘方估计的一种方法。实例表明,结果是令人满意的。
Nonlinear least square estimation procedure is proposed for estimating the parameters of the 3-parameter Weibull distribution. A numerical example is also given to illustrate the proposed method.
