摘要
目的:探讨股骨粗隆间骨折微创术后康复护理措施,以减少术后并发症。方法:将64例病人股骨粗隆间骨折采用近端髓内钉闭合穿钉内固定随机分为康复组和对照组,两组都给予常规护理,康复组患者再给予早期的功能训练,辅以多种康复干预措施。结果:股骨粗隆间骨折康复组患者早期功能锻炼,病人痛苦少,术后功能恢复好,有利于全面康复。
Objective：To explore microinvasive surgery rehabilitation of intertroehanteric fracture in order to reduce postoperative complications. Methods： Sixty - four paitients with intertrochanterie fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group who were given proximal femoral nail. The two groups were all given general nursing care, and added early rehabilitation on the experimental group. Resuits： The subjects in experimental group can gain general rehabilitation.
