摘要
目的建立一套科学、客观、全面、符合现阶段我国基本国情的ICU专科护士培训评价指标体系。方法运用Delphi法对来自不同领域的26名专家进行3轮问卷咨询。结果确立了由4个一级指标、9个二级指标、29个三级指标组成的ICU专科护士培训评价指标体系。结论从专家积极性、权威性及专家对评价指标的一致程度可见指标体系的可信度较高。该体系的建立对加强ICU专科护士培训建设、确保ICU专科护士培训质量、提高整个医疗队伍素质有重大而深远意义。
Objective To construct a scientific, objective and comprehensive evaluation system for ICU specialized nurse training programs. Methods Delhpi Method was taken in this study. Twenty - six experts from different fields were consulted by three rounds. Results Four first - level indicators,9 second - level indicators and 29 third - level indicators were included in the evaluation system. Consluslon The experts＇high enthusiasm, authoritativeness, and degree of agreement with these indicators showed that the evaluation index system has a high credibility. It is significant to strengthen the training of ICU specialized nurse training,ensure the qualitv of training and enhance the quality of nurse team.
