摘要
利用3cm波段矩形波导谐振腔TE_(103)模对YBaCuO超导材料的微波表面电阻进行了测量,观察到了在转变温度时腔的Q值的突然变化。在液氮温度时的表面电阻约为正常电阻的20%。实验并观察了所测表面电阻值随样品厚度的变化情况。
The microwave surface resistance of YBCO superconducting material was measured in a TE_103 rectangular cavity at the 3cm waveband. We observed that the quality factor Q of the cavity changed abruptly at the transition temperature of the superconductor. The surface resistance at liquid Nitrogen temperatures was found to be about 20% of its normal resistance: The variation in surface resistance with sample thickness was also observed in the experiment.
