摘要
采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析了甘肃主产冬瓜的挥发性成分,共鉴定出66种物质。结果显示,冬瓜挥发性成分主要为醛、烯、烷烃、醇类物质。其中醛类物质共15种,烯烃类18种,烷烃类7种,醇类11种,各类物质相对含量分别占总挥发性成分的26.66%、6.78%、5.54%、5.44%。
The volatile components of Chinese Waxgourd in Gansu province were extracted by solid phase microextraction combined with GC-MS.66 volatile components were identified.The result showed that aldehydes, alkenes,alkanes and alcohols were the major volatile constituents.There were 15 kinds of aldehydes, 18 of alkenes, 7 of alkanes and 11 of alcohols in volatile components, which relative content was 26.66% ,6.78% ,5.54% ,5.44%, respectively.
