摘要
在电力系统推广Philips-Hefron模型的基础上[1,2],首次系统地将传统的相位补偿法应用于灵活交流输电稳定器(FACTS-basedstabilizer)的设计,以镇定电力系统振荡,提高系统的稳定性。本篇将相位补偿法推广应用于多机电力系统,并给出一应用实例。
In the first part of this paper, the frequency-domain phase compensation method is applied to set FACTS-based stabilizers installed in single-machine infinite-bus power systems. Its application in multi-machine power systems to design FACTS-based stabilizers is presented in this second part. An example of three-machine power system is demonstrated, where a TCSC-based stabilizer is successfully designed by the phase compensation method to damp system oscillations.
