摘要
通过构建模型,综合采用了特尔斐法、多因素综合法、趋势分析法等研究方法对新乡市高新区土地集约利用水平进行评价。评价结果表明新乡市高新区土地集约利用总体水平较高,同时也反映出土地利用结构和土地利用强度等方面存在的问题。根据定量化结果和实际情况,提出新乡高新区科学合理利用土地的途径和措施。
The purpose of this study is to grasp the intensive use of land through investigation and evaluation. This paper conducts fix quantify evaluation on the level of land consolidation utilization in Xinxiang Hi-tech Development Zone through establishing models. This paper uses trend analysis, multi-factor synthesis method. According to the problems in Hi-tech Development Zone at present. Suggestions on the effective improvement of the intensive level of Hi-tech Development Zone were put forward.
