On November 16, 2009, the inaugural meeting of the National Science & Technology Platform Standardization Technology Committee and the first work conference was held in Beijing. The administrator of SAC, Ji Zhengkun, and thedeputy minister of the Ministry of Scientific Technology, Liu Yanhua, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
