摘要
目的探讨适当的护理对羽毛球运动所致眼球钝挫伤治疗的效果观察及预防措施。方法因羽毛球运动所致眼球顿挫伤患者10例(10眼)进行分析,记录其护理措施、治疗手段及治疗效果。结果10例羽毛球运动致眼球钝挫伤中2例采取保守治疗,8例采取手术治疗,所有患者均接受合理的药物治疗并给予有效的护理措施和适当的心理护理,治愈出院。结论对羽毛球顿挫伤患者,应采取有针对性的护理、治疗及预防措施,这样有助于疾病及视功能的恢复,从而减少并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of proper nursing and prevention of blunt trauma of eyeball caused by badminton sports. Methods Nursing interventions, treatments and their effect on 10 patients with blunt trauma of eyeball caused by badminton sports were analyzed. Results among these 10 patients, 2 took the conservative treatment, other 8 had surgery. All the patients received reasonable medication, effective nursing and proper psychological care and discharged after being cured. Conclusion to patients with blunt trauma of eyeball caused by badminton sports, targeted nursing, treatment and preventive measures can contribute to the recovery of disease and visual function, thereby reducing the incidence of complications and improving patients＇ quality of life.
