摘要
目的探索病案质量监控工作中避免选择性偏倚的方法。方法病案质控抽查方案采用随机分层抽样,操作上采用随机区组设计的SPSS编程。结果抽查方案操作性好,能满足统计学要求,实施效果明显。结论病案质量监控的随机化抽查设计方案值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the method for avoiding the selective bias in the quality control of medical records. Methods In the quality control of medical records, the stratified random sampling was applied in the selective examination and the SPSS program by randomized block design was adopted in the manipulation. Results The selective examination project could meet the requirements of statistics, with strong operability and obvious effect. Conclusion The randomized selective examination project is worth to be popularized in the quality control of medical records.
