摘要
目的提高中医医院的病案管理水平,适应当今对中医医院病案质控管理的要求。方法通过对终末病案的质控采取上下结合的管理办法和提高中医院医师对病案质控管理重要性的认识。结果采取切实有效的措施,将中医医院病案质控落到实处,是提高中医医院病案质控管理水平的有效途径,具有可持续性和不断跟进发展的特点。
Objective to strengthen and improve the medical records management of TCM hospitals and adapt to the quality control requirements. Methods the upper and lower integrated management approach was adopted, combined with enhancing the awareness and adaptation to the quality con- trol requirements of medical records. Results it is an effective way to take measures of implementing the quality control requirements of medical records, with the characteristics of sustainable and continuous follow - up development.
