摘要
运用文献资料调研、比较研究和数理统计法对1976—2009年以来由FIG正式出版的9个版本国际艺术体操评分规则进行分析,旨在找出规则发展变化的动向,为我国艺术体操训练提供一定的理论依据。研究结果表明:1)难度的发展和创新仍然是艺术体操运动发展的主题,在进行难度动作的创新中要以"既要有难度,又要尽量确保运动员的身体健康不受到伤害"为原则;2)"规格就是美",对于艺术体操运动来说,成套动作高质量、高规格的完成是艺术体操运动持续、稳步发展的生命线;3)编排的艺术性是获取优异成绩的重要因素;4)器械技术动作的发展受到高度重视;5)规则在演变过程中较好地处理了艺术体操运动的"竞技化"与"人性化"间的关系,促使艺术体操运动稳健向前发展。
Through using the method of literature review, comparison and mathematical statistics, this paper studied the international codes of points from 1976 edition to 2009 edition. The main purpose is to find the development tendency of the codes of points and try to provide the guidance for training of our rhythmic gymnastics. The result shows that 1） difficulty and creation are the theme of rhythmic gymnastics. In the creation of difficulty movement, both difficulty and physical health of athlete should be needed. 2） Standard is the beauty, for rhythmic gymnastics, the execution of high quality and standard of routine is the lifeline of rhythmic gymnastics sustainable development. 3） The artistic of arrangement is the key factors to a-chieve the good performance. 4） The development of apparatus movements should be emphasis highly on training. 5） The relationship between competitiveness and personalization of rhythmic gymnastics is well handled during the development of rule in order to promote the steady development of rhythmic gymnastics.
