摘要
目的分析261例患者血清IgG抗体的检测结果,为疑似患者提供新的食物过敏诊断线索,为进一步营养治疗提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测患者血清中14种食物特异性IgG浓度。结果阳性结果分为3个水平,总的检出阳性百分数依次为鸡蛋﹥虾﹥蟹﹥牛奶﹥大米﹥番茄﹥玉米﹥小麦﹥大豆﹥鳕鱼﹥牛肉﹥蘑菇﹥猪肉=鸡肉。青少年组和成年组中鸡蛋的致敏性最高,猪肉和鸡肉最低,其他食物敏感性顺序有所不同,但是两组间比较均无显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。男女两组中鸡蛋、虾、蟹致敏性最高,猪肉和鸡肉最低,并且顺序一致,两组间比较均无显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。结论食物特异性IgG抗体检测有利于辅助诊断食物过敏。
Objective To report the results of specific serum IgG of 261 doubtful food allergy patients, and to provide evidence of diagnosis and clinical nutrition therapies. Methods A total of 261 serum samples from clinical patients was tested by the ELISA method to find specific IgG concentrations of 14 kinds of food. The results were grouped by dif- ferent classifying criteria, such as allergic degree, age, and sex. The statistical analysis was carried out among groups. Results Among all positive results, three levels were observed, and the percentages of the food ranked as egg 〉 shrimp 〉 crab 〉 milk 〉 rice 〉 tomato 〉 corn 〉 wheat 〉 soybean 〉 ling 〉 beef 〉 mushroom 〉 pork = chicken. In the children -youth group and the adult group, the highest allergic risk was from egg, the lowest allergic risk was pork and chicken with no significant differences between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). In the male group and female group , top allergic risks were from egg, shrimp and crab, with no significant differences between the two groups(P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Determination of specific food IgG antibody is helpful in diagnosing particular food allergy , and it is a new method for those doubtful allergic patients whose serum concentration of IgE is low and clinical symptoms are not typical.
