摘要
电网发展受到很多外部环境的制约与影响。针对电网项目前期工作中的重点与难点,结合当前电网项目前期工作面临的外部环境,为电网企业做好电网项目前期工作,探讨了应对的措施,对促进电网项目前期工作的顺利进行具有一定的意义。
It is well-known that the power grid development is subject to the impacts and even constraints of many externalities. Focusing on the key points and difficulties in the preliminary work of power projects, this paper looks into the actual external environments in the ongoing power grid projects, and explores and proposes some adequate and effective measures which can be taken in the project management. The suggestions made in the paper are of positive significance to facilitating the preliminary work of the power grid project.
