Post-operative follow-up and hormone treatment for thyroid cancer

摘要 甲状腺癌目前仍以手术治疗为主。术后对患者病情的长期追踪随访及激素替代、抑制治疗在降低肿瘤复发率、早期发现复发或转移,以及改善患者生存质量等方面均具有重要作用。本文综述了甲状腺癌术后追踪和激素治疗领域的进展。 Surgery is now still the first choice for treatment of thyroid cancer. Long-term post-operative fol- low-up and thyroid hormone treatment are of great importance in reducing recurrence, early detection of metastases or recurrence, and improving patients＇ quality of life. This article reviews the recent advancement in post-operative follow-up and hormone treatment in thyroid cancer patients.
