摘要
USB的出现是计算机接口技术的革命性变革,简化了计算机和外设的连接过程。计算机通过USB接口建立与测试终端的数据通信,实现对测试终端的监控功能。以计算机为控制核心、以微控制器系统为测试终端的设计方案符合现代测试系统高速化、小型化、智能化和移动性的要求。本文列举了几种典型的USB接口芯片,阐述USB技术在智能测试系统中的实现方案,分析和比较了各方案的性能优劣,展望了USB新技术的发展及其在智能测试中的应用前景,并指出了亟待解决的问题。
The appearance of USB was a revolution for computer interface technology, Which made the connection between computer and peripherals so easy. In order to control and detect the terminal device, the data communication between the computer and the microcontroller was established through the USB interface. The design which used computer as the control core and applied the microcontroller as the terminal device met the requirement of modem test system such as High-speed, miniaturization, intelligence and mobility .This paper listed several typical USB interface chip, Described the implementation scheme of intelligent test system based on USB, analyzed and compared the advantage of each design, forecasted new USB technologies and its application in smart test system, pointed out the problem need to be adciressed.
