摘要
以病人为中心的沟通模式是由美国医学会研发的一项伦理促进项目,其宗旨在于探讨医疗机构面对多样化的病人群体时,如何开展有效的以病人为中心的沟通。本文依据该项目报告,对该项目基本理念、主要内容、实施步骤和伦理学基础进行述评,并初步探讨以病人为中心的医患沟通模式对中国医疗领域发展的借鉴性意义。
Patient-centered Communication as an Ethical Force Program is developed by the American Medical Association, focusing on "how health care organizations can ensure effective, patientcentered communication with people from diverse populations". Based on the consensus report, this review is an introduction to the program's basic ideas, conceptual framework and ethical theory. Reviewers believe that the program could be inspirational for the Chinese healthcare system reform.
