摘要
焦化废水中含有酚类、多环芳香族化合物及含氮、氧、硫的杂环化合物等污染物,难以降解。某焦化厂采用A2/O2—强化絮凝联合工艺,并引进高效微生物菌群(HSB)处理焦化废水。工程运行结果表明:当平均进水CODCr2300mg/L,氨氮250mg/L,酚500mg/L,氰化物50mg/L时,其去除率分别为93%、90%、99%、99%,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准。
There are many pollutants in coking wastewater, such as phenols, polyeyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and heterocyclic compound containing nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, which makes the coking wastewater hard to degrade. A coke-oven plant employs the A^2/O^2-enhaneed floceulation and high solution bacteria (HSB) to treat the coking wastewater. The operation results show: when the influent CODcr, NH3-N, phenol and prussiate average are 2 300 mg/L , 250 mg/L, 500 mg/L and 50 mg/L respectively and their removal rates are 93%, 90%, 99 % and 99% respectively; the effluent water index can meet the first criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
