摘要
从影响商业地产项目定位决策的评估指标入手,构建了项目定位决策模型,即根据商业地产的特点,确定项目定位决策的评价指标,并辅以模糊数学对拟定方案进行筛选,选择最合适的项目定位方案。
This article starts with the evaluation index that influenced on project orientation decision of commercial real estate and establishes a decision model,that is,according to the features of commercial real estate,determining the evaluation index of project orientation,then using fuzzy mathematics to screen proposed schemes and choose the most suitable scheme.
