摘要
本文阐述普通微机改造用于工业控制机的方法：通过修改微机主板ＢＩＯＳ程序，在自检前恢复ＣＭＯＳ设置确保微机顺利通过自检，并且在微机启动后直接进入监控程序。在保留了微机的功能前提下实现了工控机的功能，可实现从无显示器、无键盘的工控机到带微机操作功能的计算机，使工控机的成本大幅下降到目前普通微机的水平。
This paper discusses a method of how to use micro computer as industrial controller: by changing the BIOS program of the mother board, rewriting CMOS program before self examination, so to ensure that PC will go through self examining, and enter control program This method achieves the function of industrial controller by preserving the function of a PC, by using a PC mother board without monitor and keyboard With this method, the price of industrial controller can be reduced to that of a PC
