摘要
目的:观察平消胶囊治疗重症肌无力合并胸腺瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法:应用临床评分方法观察平消胶囊治疗78例、环磷酰胺治疗75例患者重症肌无力病情改善情况及副作用。结果:治疗结束时有效率平消胶囊组为87.18%,环磷酰胺组为78.67%,两组组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),毒副作用平消胶囊组明显小于环磷酰胺组(P<0.05)。结论:应用平消胶囊治疗重症肌无力合并胸腺瘤能有效改善重症肌无力患者临床症状,毒副作用小,安全性可靠。
Objective ： To observe the effect in treating myasthenia gravis with thymoma with Pingxiao capsule. Methods ： 78 myasthenia gravis patients were treated with Pingxiao capsule ,compared 75 myasthenia gravis patients treated with cyclophosphamide （CTX）, the clinical score was recorded and used to assess the therapeutic the efects. Results：The effective rate in Pingxiao capsule group was higher than that in the CTX group significantly （ 87.18% vs78.67% , P 〈 0.05 ）. The side effects in Pingxiao capsule group were less than those in CTX group. Condusion：Pingxiso capsule plays a significant role on improving the effect and reducing the side effects for patients with myasthenia gravis combined with thymoma , and it is safe and reliable.
