摘要
当代中国语境下分配正义的具体问题应从政治正义的维度,以弱势群体问题为切入进行思考,即:应当从制度变迁成本担当与收益享有的角度来认识当代中国弱势群体形成的特殊性,弱势群体应当享有与其成本担当相应的收益;社会二次分配能够从契约论得到合理解释,它是不同群体的互惠过程;对社会弱势群体的关照,不应仅是基于道义的,更应是基于政治正义的补偿正义。
From the dimension of political justice,the paper makes an analysis on some problems of distribution justice in the context of contemporary China from three aspects:cost of institutional change,the second distribution and public finance.It argues that we should recognize the peculiarity of those vulnerable groups in contemporary China from the perspective of payment and benefit of cost of institutional change,and the vulnerable group should receive the benefit corresponding to the cost payment.The second social distribution may get its reasonable explanation from the social contact theory which regards that the second distribution is a reciprocal process of different groups.That concern about the vulnerable groups should not only be on the base of morality,but also on the base of compensation justice.
