摘要
选用美国ＡｎａｌｏｇＤｅｖｉｃｅｓ公司的高速定点数字信号处理器ＡＤＳＰ２１８１，针对芯片的硬件结构特点，设计了编解码器的流程和接口模块，用较小的运算量和较少的存储空间，实时实现了Ｇ．７２３．１建议及其附录Ａ的全部功能和选项，并通过了全套测试序列的检测．
According to the features of the G.723.1 algorithm, the high speed fixed point digital signal processor ADSP 2181 is chosen to implement the G.723.1 speech coder. Some optimizations are used to reduce the computational complexity and the memory size.The chart of the coder and its performance are presented. All the functions and options of the Recommendation G.723.1 and its annex A can be fulfilled by this speech coder. All the test sequences provided by ITU T have been passed.
