摘要
提出了一种基于模糊故障字典的模拟电路故障诊断的方法。该方法是用模糊故障字典取代传统的故障字典,在构造隶属函数时考虑了输出响应关于电路元件参数的灵敏度。本方法简单易行,便于计算机辅助诊断。
The fault diagnosis for analog electronic circuits is a very difficult problem. The reason for this is from the complex interactions and significant nonlinearity commonly found in analog circuits. Furthermore, in actual practice, imprecision and indeterminacy of the complex structure of faulty circuits often increase the difficulty to overcome. There are a lot of methods suggested to solve such problem. Fault dictionary is usually used for DC diagnosis of analog circuits in single and hard fault conditions. When using the fault dictionary method we simulate every potential fault condition through computer aided circuit analysis. After simulation we store the system′s reference responses corresponding to each potential fault condition and then compare the observed response of a faulty circuit with the simulated faulty response stored in the fault dictionary to make our diagnosis decision. Since every component has a tolerance the observed response has some deviation from the simulated response. They can not match exactly. This made the diagnosis problem much more difficult. In this paper we treat the fault circuit as a fuzzy system. We use fuzzy fault dictionary instead of normal fault dictionary to solve the diagnosis problem. An algorithm has been developed and a circuit example has been calculated. The algorithm is very effective and easy to be implemented.
