摘要
水问题是当今世界面临的重大问题之一,更是中国国情的重要方面,关系到中国经济和社会的可持续发展。针对中国南方地区水资源存在的季节性干旱、洪涝灾害、水土流失和水污染等问题,分析了其形成的原因,并提出了改进水利工程设施、处理与控制水质污染、加强水资源管理等解决措施。
Problems of water is not only one of the great problems in the current world,but also the important aspect in China＇s actual conditions,which is related to the sustainable development of Chinese economy and society. In view of the problems such as seasonal drought ,flood disasters, soil and water loss and water pollution in south of China,this text analyzes the reasons causing the problems and raises a series of measures to solve them.
