摘要
针对虚拟企业的柔性、成员的多样性和分布性等特征,及其带来的风险,提出了一个新的虚拟企业风险管理的组织化分布式决策模型.该模型分为2层,上层和下层,分别描述了虚拟企业中盟主和盟员的决策过程.决策过程中主要考虑了由于私有信息所造成的盟主与盟员之间信息不对称的情况.针对该优化问题搜索空间巨大,且虚拟企业具有多成员的特点,设计了多种群粒子群算法来进行求解,仿真分析表明了该算法的有效性.
Due to virtual enterprise' s (VE) agility, diversity of its members, distributed characteristics and various risks from them, a novel organizational distributed decision making (ODDM) model for risk management of VE is proposed. The model has two levels, top-level and base-level, which describe the decision processes of the owner and the partners in the enterPrise respectively. The decision process mainly considers on the information asymmetry between the owner and the partners, which is caused by their private information. Pointing at the huge size of the search space and many members in VE, a multi-swarm particle swarm optimization (MPSO) algorithm is designed to solve the resulting optimization problem. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
