摘要
猪蓝耳病是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种猪传染病。该病的发生给养猪业带来了严重的经济损失。我国农业部紧急批准12家企业生产猪繁殖与呼吸综合征灭活疫苗。不少猪场接种后使该病得到了控制,但该病的疫苗免疫仍处在争议之中,故对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗防治的进展作一综述。
As one of the most serious swine diseases,PRRS is caused by PRRSV and brought numberous economic loss to swine industry. Based on the breakout of the disease in 2006,12 corporations were approved to produce PRRSV vaccine by China′s agriculture administration urgently. Nowadays,the disease was effectively controlled at many pig farms by administrating these vaccines,but whether it is really useful to control PRRS is controversial. Therefore,advance on using vaccine to control PRRS was reviewed in the article.
