摘要
目的评价玻璃体手术切与不切晶状体术后瞳孔纤维膜形成的关系。方法玻璃体切除术145例，按手术中行晶体切除与不切除分成两组，观察术后瞳孔区纤维膜形成情况。结果瞳孔区纤维膜形成者22眼（15％），未切除晶状体的104眼中8眼发生纤维膜形成占7．7％，切除晶状体的41眼中14眼占34．3％（P＜0．001）。结论玻璃体手术中切除晶状体有增加瞳孔区纤维膜形成的趋势。
To evaluate the relationship between the lensectimy or non-ensectomy in vitreous surgery and postoperative pupillary fibrin membrane.Mehtod The 145 cases of vitrectomy were devided into two groups according to whether the lens is excised or not,and observation was carried out to the fibrin membrane formation.Result Fibrin membrane formed in the pupil area of 22 eyes (15%),among which 8 are in the 104 eyes of which the lens have not been excised, accounting for 7.7%,and 14 are in the 41 eyes of which the lens have been excised,taking up 34. 3%.Conclusion:Iensectimy in vitreous surgeny shows the tendency to form pupillary fibrin membrane.
