摘要
【目的】探讨超声监护在剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠（CSP）宫腔镜手术中的应用价值。【方法】17例CSP患者在超声监护下运用宫腔镜对妊娠物进行钳夹、吸取、刮宫等治疗。【结果】切口瘢痕妊娠孕囊型10例，混合回声型7例。其中1例发生穿孔，另1例因出血过多转用子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗成功，其余超声监护下宫腔镜手术均一次成功，成功率88．2％。【结论】实时超声监护下宫腔镜手术清除剖宫产术后瘢痕部位妊娠物安全、有效、准确而彻底。
[Objective] To evaluate the value of real-time ultrasonic monitoring in hysteroscope operation of cesarean scar pregnancy. [Methods] A total of 17 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy were treated with hysteroscopy operation under the ultrasonic monitoring. [Results] The sonographic appearance showed that 10 cases were gestational sac-type and 7 cases were mixed mass-type. One case with uterine perforation was found. Another was treated with interventional therapy for massive hemorrhage. The others were successfully treated with hysteroscopy operation under ultrasonic monitoring, and the successful rate was 88. 2%. [Conclusion] Hysteroscope operation of cesarean scar pregnancy under real-time ultrasonic monitoring is a safe, accurate, effective and thorough method.
