摘要
为了提高报表质量,将初算与预审的方式结合起来,并把初算当成预审来做。目前计算机在简单的统计方面比较准确,但报表的各类数据和记录关系复杂,计算机在判断时往往会出错,审核只能查出有限的错误。因此,必须重视人工审核。通过对原始资料和报表数据的初算,计算机方法加上人工方法,确保了报表的高质量。
In order to improve the report form quality, the preliminary calculation with preliminary hearing were unified, and regarding the preliminary calculation as the preliminary hearing. At present, the computer is quite accurate in the simple statistics, but kinds of report forms and records are complex, which often cause mistakes and the verification can only find out the limited mistake. Therefore,the artificial verification should be taken seriously. Through preliminary calculation of firsthand information and report data as well as the computer method adding on the artificial method, the report form in a high grade were guaranteed.
