摘要
选取中国13个行业中的1208家上市公司,就企业电子商务采纳水平进行了实证研究。通过探索性因子分析,将企业电子商务采纳水平划分为电子交易、信息与服务、安全与隐私和交流与互动4个层次。研究发现,中国上市公司电子商务采纳水平整体较低,并且行业间电子商务发展存在显著性差异:企业的信息与服务能力比较强,其次是交流与互动能力,而安全与隐私能力和电子交易能力较弱,电子交易和安全隐私两个方面的低得分是造成整体电子商务采纳水平得分低的核心原因;金融保险业的电子商务应用水平远远高于其他行业水平,处于领先地位,而像电力、煤气及水的生产和供应业等传统行业应用水平相当低,有待大力发展。
This paper explores e-commerce adoption level using data from 1208 listed companies in China.Through the exploratory factor analysis,4 kinds of e-commerce adoption level in the industry have been gained,which are online transaction,information and service,security and privacy,exchange and interaction.The result shows that the overall e-commerce adoption level of Chinese listed corporations is lower.Results show that there are significant differences among e-commerce adoption levels of these industries.Compared with the other industries, the e - commerce application is better level in the financial and insurance enterprises. However, in the some tradition industries, the e - commerce is low level of development and requires an urgent improvement.
