摘要
目的探讨临床药师培训试点基地学员如何在基层医院开展临床药学工作。方法通过分析基层临床工作和药学工作特点,结合学员的情况,提出改善方案。结果临床药师培训试点基地的学员回到基层医院后,能够很好的开展临床药学工作。结论基层医院可以根据自身特点,结合培训基地医院开展临床药学工作的经验,积极开展临床药学工作。
Objective To discuss how the trainees at the training bases of clinical pharmacists practice pharmacy in primary hospitals.Methods Based on the features of clinical practice and pharmacy in primary hospitals,some advice was brought forward according to the specific situation of the trainees.Results Trainees after training at the training bases have the competence to practice clinical pharmacy in primary hospitals.Conclusion Pharmacists in primary hospitals could practice pharmacy according to the specific condition of the hospital,making use of the experience of the hospital training bases.
